[Bf-docboard] New Animation part

Hi everybody

I’ve just chat with mindrones, so here is a summury of what we’ve 
decided regarding
new animation part:

     * First, will have three chapters, in following order:
         * Doc:Manual/Rigging (everything about armatures, except 
animation);
         * Doc:Manual/Constraints (well, same thing as currently, just 
completed!);
         * Doc:Manual/Animation (here goes everything about animation…).

     * Second, mindrones and roger have reviewed my proposal about the 
rigging
       chapter, available at
       http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Meta:Sandbox/NewAnimation/Rigging,
       So I’m about to start writing it, using this as base. Constraints 
and Animation
       should follow shortly.

     * Third, I ’ll use the talk pages (Doc_Talk: namespace) of already 
existing
       pages to put new content. For new pages I have to create, I’ll do 
the same,
       first creating the talk page with new text.
       This should help people wanting to review new content…
       This is also a good way to clean talk pages (once new version is 
validated).

Quite some work ahead…
