greetings

To over come small image problem we could request that all images are also
linked to a larger image. Following the link genrally will not be nesseary
on screen but for printing purposes is esencial.

the challenge color vs gray scale comes in closer to actual printing. If we
are intending on printing a new manuel official manuel, some one will
actively have to decide which images to gray scale. This will be affected by
the budget. If the budget is tight then just about everything would need to
be gray scalled. if the budget is more flexible then all most nothing will
need to be gray scalled. This also depends on the prints and how they
charge, the feel and lay out extra.

Are we planning on printing again soon? or is this just a safty for when we
do?
