[Bf-docboard] Feature suggestion: integrated manual

I agree with Kent, at least for the moment. It will be hard enough to
implement 'only' the HTML version of the Blender Manual. Let's not get
ahead of ourselves and finish this first. If we take 'too much hay on
our fork' (Dutch proverb ;-), I'm sure the project will fail.

I definitely think that this is a cool idea to remember though - we
should keep it on our wishlist to be implemented once the integrated
manual is working ok.
