[Bf-cycles] Branched PT + Correlated Multi-Jitter & MIS on Background increase rendertimes tremendously!

What are your sample counts?  I had heard that Correlated Multi-Jitter 
Sampling requires power-of-two sample counts (eg: 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 
256, etc) or else it runs more slowly.
