[Bf-cycles] Enabling hair rendering on GPU?

I have an i5-2500K CPU @ 3.30GHz (4 cores) and an Nvidia GTX 560 TI. The
GPU is usually a lot faster as the CPU while rendering. In simple scenes
up to 20 times faster, in more complex scenes about 5 times faster. With
a lot of hair it was at least 3 times faster then the CPU. I used
optimal tiles sizes for both (24x24 for CPU and 256x256 for GPU, my
usual optimum).
