[Bf-cycles] Squared Samples feature

As you know, I like the renaming and label ideas, but don't think it makes
any sense to have square samples enabled for progressive rendering at all.
Exact values for sampling are rarely ever used or needed when progressively
rendering, so it would just be more UI clutter, IMO. There's a difference
between a set of values in non-progressive mode purposely chosen for your
unique scene and materials therein, and a single value that you let run
until things are clean enough.
