[Bf-cycles] SSS falloff scale compatibility

Yes, I'd like to get these scales more compatible. Actually the cubic curve
is finite and has the same distance as compatible but the falloff is a bit
different. For gaussian you're actually specifying the variance of a normal
distribution which is kind of nice for using real world data but also very
different, that will be changed, the docs can explain how to match it with
such data.
