[Bf-compositor] Suggestion for "limit to custom range" on file output node

Hello all,

just a suggestion, it would be very handy to have a "limit to custom range"
on the file output node, on a per-output basis, so that even if the scene
frame range (set in the scene context of properties panel) is set very
high, there are no extra images being calculated. As of now, if the frame
range exceeds the number of images in the source sequence, the last image
in the list is being processed over and over (hence duplicated) until the
frame range is reached. There are workarounds but this would be so easier.
