[Bf-committers] Updating Module pages

one week has passed, so it's time to set this in motion.
@Module owners: Please update your landing pages on phabricator. You can
find an example how the page should look like here  and further infos
are in the proposal .
I will simplify the wiki page  once all landing pages are updated.
