[Bf-committers] Updating Module pages

Hi,
one week has passed, so it's time to set this in motion.
@Module owners: Please update your landing pages on phabricator. You can
find an example how the page should look like here [1] and further infos
are in the proposal [2].
I will simplify the wiki page [3] once all landing pages are updated.
If you have questions about this write me on the chat and I'll happily
help out.
