[Bf-committers] GHOST EGL Support

Hi Jason, merging EGL/GHOST part of the branch sounds like a good
first step and am interested to help out with review+testing.
GHOST_Context could be good too (IIRC was mix of globals and using
context of first window).

2.70 release has been dragging on a bit and we still check new reports
in case they're regressions, in next month I think its reasonable to
have this reviewed and ready for master (assuming no large blocking
issues).

I recall glew was an issue with using to EGL, would merging your
branch bring in eglew too?
