[Bf-committers] A key map tweak for (possibly) letting LMB and RMB cooperate better

An aside: in your haste to got to left mouse selection, please don't
make the mistake (yes it is a mistake) of overloading the left mouse
with functionality and removing it from right; personally I feel that it
is easier to keep consistency with right mouse selection, and I also
feel like changing interaction defaults, is something to be done *almost
never*. The worse thing you can do to casual users of blender is make it
feel totally foreign to itself the next time they pick it up. Advanced
users will probably be able to pick a classic keymap.

For what it is worth, Blender is the only complex application that has
nice graph editors. This is because scrubbing (totally natural on the
left mouse) does not conflict with selection. if you swap, scrubbing
feels weird! But but but: every other application gets this wrong: you
either are restricted where you can scrub (maya) or you get complex
rules about when scrubbing and when selection and when both happen (most
video editors) that are a terrible cognitive load.

Honestly I'm in favor of keeping right mouse selection as a default-
there are various modes in which it stays 'making sense' and left mouse
falls apart. If you do swap the defaults, you have to consider the
entirety of blender, not just the one thing you personally do most often
(e.g. modelling)
