[Bf-committers] A key map tweak for (possibly) letting LMB and RMB cooperate better

Wouldn't CTRL+LMB lead to accidentally extruding/adding new verts ?

<just thinking out loud>
I wonder why is not more common to use LMB+RMB as hotkey (in software in
general, not just Blender) is a bit obscure but simple to use in both mouse
and stylus, especially for things you don't do as often. (Bonus point:
pressing RMB -then- LMB makes a nice little four notes sound!)
