[Bf-committers] Blender soft select feature

It sounds like you are looking for the "proportional editing" feature? Try
press "O" while in edit mode and adjust with the wheel mouse.

That being said, keep in mind that this list is more for coding than
tutorials or general questions about how to use blender :)
