[Bf-committers] Gathering forward-compatibility breaking todos

Hi folks,

I just created a new sub-page in our todo list on the wiki, to gather 
changes that need to be done, but would implies some (more or less 
dramatic) forward-compatibility breaks (i.e. a file saved with a newer 
Blender would not open, or not open nicely, under an older Blender version).

Feel free to add other changes of that kind here! They will likely have
