[Bf-committers] Fixing some warnings (conversion from string constant to char *).

I have fixed some nasty warnings (warning: conversion from string 
constant to char *) in the Elbeem simulator, as discussed on IRC. These 
warnings began to appear with the new GCC 4.1.x release series.

This is the first patch of a series (if this kind of work is 
appreciated), trying to fix these warnings. In the future, they can give 
serious problems in compiling Blender.
