[Bf-committers] Reminder: Tech draw shows wrong values

Just as a reminder so that someone knowing the math can fix it: Tech
draw (as mentioned a few weeks ago on the list) shows wrong values
for scaled objects.

I would know how to fix it for homogenous scaling, but not for different
scaling values for X/Y/Z axes, so... don't blame me for not fixing it
myself :)

Concerning the usage of "wrong": As I mentioned before, the lengths
of edges in local space are probably pretty uninteresting in 95% of
the cases - one would expect it to show the world coordinate lengths.
