Hi,

Finally took the time to update another part of the architecture doc,  
with diagrams of code layout.

Now, of course per directory (source file) descriptions could be added  
as well. But that's a bit out of scope for my work now. :)

At least it shows some of the existing design ideas within Blender, and  
certainly hints for a more proper organization in source directories  
that reflect some meaning.
