[Bf-committers] 2.36 release ahoy 1

Hi,

I'm finished committed things, and with the bugtracker reaching report  
#2004 we can call that finished too! :)

If we want to start compiling releases, the following commits will be  
still done:

- splash screen (I do it)
- 2.36 version numbers

Willian: do the scripts need to be refreshed?

As final test, release managers could do the regression files, just to  
be sure. I will work on the meantime on more release pages, with all  
bugfixes mentioned thematically.

If no-one objects, I'll call sunday the definite release AHOY.
