[Bf-committers] 2.31 bug... fixed, so we do it all over!

Hi,

Intrr found how to redo the ctrl+1,2,3,4 bug, which crashes when no  
object is active. This is too serious not to commit before release. And  
its just an extra if(ob) so...

I'll ask Larstiq to redo the tag. But first will check with everyone  
around if it's OK now for real! Will mail this evening to confirm.
