[Bf-committers] 2.31 bug... fixed, so we do it all over!

I upped new binaries to 
http://194.100.157.22/tiki/tiki-list_file_gallery.php?galleryId=3 . 
Those also include the autosmooth bugfix. These are the VC7 compiled 
binaries. Please test and report, I myself lack the 3d expertise to do so.
