[Bf-committers] Release 2.31 ahoy!

Hi,

Well, don't know if I'm getting the 'cry wolf' syndrom... but we can  
now:

- tag cvs 2.31 (Larstiq?)
- compile binaries and hand it over!

Well, do a final test... sigh! :)
