Mind also the duplicated code from blender to a complete seperated
gameengine. Always syncing blender with gameengine will suffer
developers, too.

Dependencies are AFAIK for now: blender loader, some converter stuff and
soundengine.
Another one is going to be introduced (maybe), by my tests with
exppython in the gameegine for mesh replacement.
