Just a little addition :)

as you'll notice from my last commit some of the code was not being built
so I've added it in and things are broken again.  (Basically more work
needs to be done on the Physics stuff shouldn't take too long to do,
and the sound libraries probably need some work as well)

Trying to add targets for the gameplayer and after that the webplugin since 
were getting closer to having vanilla blender working.

Still need to figure out the endian issues under solaris and I'm
sure other platforms.
