[Bf-blender-npr] priority targets for Freestyle and Blender NPR capabilities

Hi there,

This is slightly off-topic, but I've wondered before by vector graphics aren't more commonly used as (object) textures. For meshes it seems to me they would solve the issue of introducing blurriness/ ugliness when zoomed in on, and they might be useful in the (Scene) Node Editor as well. Obviously they'd have limited use - if it would make sense at all - but just thought I'd bring it up here. If you do decide to implement an SVG exporter it might be worth coordinating with other developers which library to use with possible future extensions like these in mind.

Cheers,
Patrick
