[Bf-python] bvh version?

[Campbell, AKA Ideasman]

Hi All, Could JMS/Willian Please send me the latesr BVH I/O?
Id like to convert all
str+str   into   '%s%s' % (foo,bar)

Since I the bvh stuff is rather slow and this would be a nice improvement.
I also need to have a look at the new armature stuff thats been added 
recently.
