Joe,

one of the GE devs worked on integrating Ogre (snailrose, charlie
bresnan -  snailrose at bresnan dot net ) and integration of other
engines has been discussed off and on.

I don't think the ogre integration (project echo) has been worked on
in awhile, but I have talked to Charlie in quite some time so don't
know for sure.
