[Bf-docboard] VSE new structure

Hi Polo!

No probs- I will edit the pages in the next two weeks, so that you can see
them when you are free.
BTW I haven't used a sandbox, and have posted a question at docboard about
that.
(This is not mentioned in the wiki writers' guide at all.)

Can you help me with that?
