[Bf-docboard] VSE new structure

Hi Narayan !
And thank you again for your detailed review and advices.

First of all, I don't consider this as "my" pages ;-)
Moreover, you seem to be aware of the Convention, more than I am.
And, I soon would no longer have free time to continue to refine 
this...Anyway, I can no longer continue for at least two weeks, from 
tomorrow.

So if you (or somebody else) are willing to help me and continue, 
pleasedo so!I "spend hand" on those pages. And, don't hesitate to move / 
rename / delete what you think must be.
In 2 weeks, I'll check if someone has done the work that you have 
specified in this mail, and try to do my best if nothing happened.
