[Bf-docboard] Physics Manual pages split-up

Hi,

quick one to say that after talking with Daniel Genrich and Sergey
Sharybin some days ago, I've started to split up some of the simulation
pages in the Manual.

So far I've splitted:

- Fluid
  http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Doc:2.6/Manual/Physics/Fluid

- Smoke
  http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Doc:2.6/Manual/Physics/Smoke

also taking the chance to put more in evidence the simulation workflow.

Next in line there are Clothes and then Motion Tracking.

For translators, please keep an eye on these changes! :)
