[Bf-docboard] New Glossary System

Interesting idea. What if there were three links: View API, View Doc, and
View Glossary? When I think of View Doc I think of viewing the online help
for how to use a function.
If there is a View Glossary link, and the glossary item has not been written
yet, would the user be presented with something like
bpy.ops.object.duplicate_move()¶
(undocumented operator)
