[Bf-docboard] New Glossary System

I had another thought about this as well.

In 2.5, when you right-click on a button/property, you get the "View Docs"
option.  What it links over to, though, is python/RNA stuff.

Do you guys think it might be better to have that link to Bastien's glossary?  Not
to say the python part should be removed, but I think "doc" should relate to something
most users could understand.  Perhaps the python should be linked by something like
"View API" on the menu.
