[Bf-docboard] Materials Section Renovation

I'm about to start a thorough editing and update pass on the Materials section of the manual, starting at http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Doc:Manual/Materials and continuing on through http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Doc:Manual/Materials/Halos .

This pass will include heavy text editing, rewrites where necessary, and the replacement of several example images (especially the shader examples).  Work should be completed by Saturday, May 2nd.
