[Bf-docboard] Definition of IK Solver in Chapter 16 is wrong!

I think you are talking about

I agree with the fact. But the "old" documentation will probably not be 
changed. It would be better if someone would rewrite it, change the 
respective parts and publish it on mediawiki.blender.org. 

It will probably go to the tutorials section anyway.

And hopefully the link on 
http://www.blender.org/cms/Manuals___Books.111.0.html

will be changed in near future and point to mediawiki.
