[Bf-docboard] Docboard on blender3d.org

When we place the new information on blender3d.org, we can use the new 
content management system [CMS] - no HTML or web skills are required to 
maintain the pages. Take a look here for more information:

I would personally prefer to publish the information on blender3d.org - 
in the near future we will be migrating to another website structure and 
then the CMS will make sure that we can easily copy the new information 
to the new site.
