[Bf-docboard] Where do I start?

Hi,
I'd like to help with the Blender documentation. I notice that
the key frame animation topic is empty, and I'd like to submit
something for it. Can anyone please tell me where to start with
this.

I've never used CVS before. I have a RedHat 7.1 system, and a
56k modem - I hope I can help.
