There, it builds now. I've only tested Connector, and not very deeply at
all (created an audio node with a couple of buffers in it). There is
code that is knowingly disabled (bones), but hopefully noone is using
those parts yet.

So, cvs update the quelsolaar module, and let me know if it builds for
you too.
