[Verse-dev] Verse r4p0pre7

Hello.

I just uploaded and tagged the above version, since there was
a version mismatch in pre6 (thanks Nathan for letting me know).

Tag is release-r4p0pre7

There are no code changes except for minimal editing in the
curve node command definition file, this release is simply to
fix the inconsistency.
