[Verse-dev] Spec updates

Hello.

I found some time after wrestling with slides and stuff (for the
upcoming Blender Conference) to update the specification.

The version at <http://www.blender.org/modules/verse/verse-spec/>
is now a lot more up to date, with R4 features in many places.

There is text missing for many of these features; I simply have
not had the time to learn about them well enough to describe
them. :/ One good way to cure this is to ask specific questions
on the mailing list; hopefully Eskil can respond, and I can use
the answer to update the text in the spec. It's... kind of  a
backward arrangement, but should be workable.

In related news, the specification has made it into CVS now,
if anyone is interested. See the verse-spec module, here:
<http://projects.blender.org/viewcvs/viewcvs.cgi/verse-spec/?root=verse>.

Building the specification document requires a hefty amount of
tools, see the BUILDING file in its toplevel directory.
