We have the entire Friday 0900-1700 to our disposal. It is up to us to

day before for training or if this can be done

This is big risk for the project. I don't think it is acceptable to just 
skip the problem.
The problem was realized at least at the IST conference so there has 
been "plenty" of time to solve it.
