The commission have no interest in how we distribute the prepayment.
It is completely decided within the consortium and normally defined in the
consortium agreement. This proposal is quite OK with me.

The question of what we should do is now handled by the President's 
Office. I don't know yet what the outcome will be.
I have stressed the importance in keeping the partners protected.
