[Uni-verse] Consortium agreement

Hi Gert,

Thanks for reply. I just sent the new version to our legal
department. I hope they accept this version and agree to sign the
agreement.

I was told that typically an audit certificate costs roughly 1600
euros at HUT. If we are going to have three audits it makes altogether
4800 euros meaning that we should find 3000 euros for the audits from
some external source :-(. For this reason I would like to have this
topic raised up in the PCC so that we could find a feasible solution
to this problem. The price at HUT was a surprise to me and I would
have told it to you earlier if I knew it.
