I think this is completely broken now:
one axis seems to work sometimes, but most
of the time when I release middle-mouse it
stays in grab mode, but dx=dy=dz=0.0 no matter
how I move the mouse. (Maybe it is trying to
manipulate dz only, but can't since I am
moving in xy-plane? Only a theory.)
