[Soc-2017-dev] Daily Report - Jul 26 - Package Manager

Today I added enabling/disabling and reworked the layout of the package 
display, as I noticed buttons would sometimes cause the metadata to be 
truncated at the default userpreferences window size. I also finished 
the demo video, but it has to render and upload.

This is a short report as it's late here, but I'll send a followup with 
a link to the video as soon as its done.
