[Soc-2017-dev] Weekly Report #11 - Normal Editing Tools

I will elaborate more on the functionality of all the tools in the official
wiki page. This doc is to give a rough idea and is grossly outdated. :D
I intend add both user and code documentation, most likely by the end of
this week. So stay tuned.
