[Soc-2014-dev] Weekly Report #3 - Viewport FX III

I have readied the changes to ghost required for supporting different kinds
of OpenGL contexts for review, but I spent a lot of time Friday night
troubleshooting problems I was having connecting to the git repo, so I have
not pushed those changes.

I'll follow up further after I've figured out what is up and can finish up
tonight's work (now this morning's work, ugh).  Currently troubleshooting
the problem on IRC with troubled.
