[Soc-2013-dev] GSoC schedule reminder

Hi,

Just to remind everyone:

- 16 September is our soft "pencils down" date. Google suggests that students have completed their projects by this date and spend a week writing documentation and wrapping up their projects. 

- Google requires that students stop all coding on 23 September. Final evaluation then starts.

- If you receive a positive final evaluation, you have to submit the code to Google. That's after 27 Sept - with as deadline October 11.
