[Soc-2013-dev] Presentations, reconfirming targets

I wanted to get some suggestions on doing screencasts from Windows.  I've
tried doing some recording using various software and codecs but nothing
I've tried gives a quality result.

Suggestions for other operating systems are welcome as well.
