[Soc-2012-dev] Viewport FX - Week 03

Spent the week slogging away at replacing immediate mode drawing functions.

Next week I plan on enlisting users to help me find regressions.

Also, the next 3 weeks I will work on accelerating what I've dubbed
"Heavy Doodles", which are drawing routines that draw hundreds of
thousands or millions of polygons rather than just a handful.

I've also marked this 3 weeks as the time for finding regressions in
the "Light Doodles" and refining the design of the immediate mode
replacement.

Biggest problem is that I have not been writing as must as I need to,
which includes writing up a more solid design of what will be more
properly called "Viewport FX."  I probably have another week to do
that before it becomes critical (since I'm still working on plumbing),
but I can't let that creep up on me.
