* A new patch on codereview, "User preferences separate from default
.blend"<http://codereview.appspot.com/6307057/>
* Spent some time analyzing right-aligning in the layout code
* Spent some time researching how the floating buttons implementation would
be done

Next week:

* A proposal for the implementation of the floating buttons
* A fix for the n panel areas not animating open and closed like the
properties panel areas do
* More stuff from my big list
