Project: Recast&Detour integration

Done this week: work on the editing navigation mesh:
- added operators for assigning polygon idx to selected navmesh faces
- reworked conversion process (for navmesh modifier and KX_NavMeshObject)
- added possibility to convert mesh object to navmesh one by applying
navmesh modifier

Plan for the next week: finish work on the editing navigation mesh, improve
steering behaviours
